Looking at the instructions on that exercise bike, it says :---

" Loosen then Pull ".

Sounds like good advise to me ; perhaps i'll give it a try__!!

The thing i love about this girl is that she always looks so natural in front of camera. A lovely smile--totally at ease and clearly loves to perform. That first pic tells you so much about her personality.:smt059
