This is cricket...and the way the referral system is being apllied just isn't cricket!

The referral system works, look at Rugby, also the NFL...it does work...then you get bunch of tosser umpires who just cant see how to apply it to cricket.

I think that if you dont have full use of all the technology, then scrap it. Simple. Other than that, it's just a guessing game, which is what it was or is in the first instance.

It really annoys me....a good tool thats being used by people who dont have the ability to use it... like a builder trying to hammer a nail in with a screwdriver!!!!

John i am not sure what you mean i am sorry. But since you said the NFL i am curious. I will lay back and see what posts transpire from here. :)

Must admit, I'm not wholly into cricket, but at a push would choose 20/20 over test...

The referral system works in a lot of sports - I mean take tennis for example with Hawkeye... would have saved umpires a lot of abuse from McEnroe, Nastase etc!
