Arsenal Deny Takeover

failing to realise the amount Arsenal fans that would love them to be taken over, to get rid of the awful Kroenke. He says nothing, he does nothing. All he seems to be interested in is making profits and he doesn't even hold Wenger to account. His understanding of football is clearly non existent and he continues to have exhorbitantly high season ticket prices, singularly failing to realise that, unlike in the United States, IT DOESN'T WORK IF YOU DON'T WIN! Maybe he'll realise when Arsenal fail to qualify for the Champions Legaue, are unable to sign any decent players, are stuck in mid table, fans stop turning up and then they start to make losses. Lets face it, that's all that Mr Kroenke is bothered about. Arsenal fans - if you want Mr Kroenke to go, simply stop turning up!

I heard about this yesterday whilst watching the Sunday Supplement on Sky. Most people think Kroenk wont sell no matter what they offer as he continues to say he is in for the long run....which is depressing news for Gooners.

One of pundits on Sunday Supplement gave an excellent comment saying that with Kroenk at the helm, looking at his history, any organisation with him at the helm was destined for sporting mediocrity...and that is exactly where Arsenal are headed

The thing that irritated me about was the statement was that it sounded as if they thought fans would be pleased Kroenke is staying. I can't imagine that's the case.

Surely Kroenke must realise that sliding down the league will lose him money. Also, there's only so much he can increase the season ticket prices before fans stop going - who's going to pay increasing sums of money to watch a declining team fail to win anything? There doesn't seem to be a plan there, other than to rip off Arsenal fans as much as possible.

Hopefully the investors from the Middle East will succeed. I'm sure they will get a lot of support from current Arsenal fans!
