We are all assuming that this is the work of Mr. Whillie, but it's not beyond the realms of comprehension that it could be the Bandit, cunningly disguised as Mr. Whillie to throw us off the scent!

Changing the subject slightly, there are pictures on the internet of Tina and a few other girls milking boys in a field on all fours as if they were cows.
The only difference is that instead of 4 udders, they only have one each. Another difference, of course, is that their butter and cheese will taste disgusting!
