She looks as though she's been transported in a time capsule from the 1950's------possibly a supporting actress on an old Bette Davis film.

I don't mean that in a derogatory fashion---In fact, i love her heavy eye makeup and i'm a big fan of red lippy

If she is an oldie, we're not likely to see much of her, which perhaps is a shame!
