I agree with them when they say it's ineffective and near impossible to wear a slip with a miniskirt, but there are times when the girls are dressed in long flowing skirts when they could do some great ' Can-Can effect ' lifts to reveal panties and a beautiful lacy slip to further enhance the retro look.
