and soon to be on £300k a week. Whilst Rooney is a good player, he has never performed on the world stage at any of the international competitions. He is not world class. He has (obviously) a world class management team who know just how to work the machine, having now just about pulled off another massive wage hike on the basis of Rooney flirting with other teams and skirting with the possibility of leaving...
