I must say I agree with your summary, we have had a lot of great actresses over the last few years and have been lucky with some real finds. I think Anita stands out as a perfect villainess for the reasons you suggest and Sophia's performance as victim in the recent Security Steal really showed her acting ability (as well as that of Holly Kiss as villainess)
