Default Gillingham

The last two games, Gillingham lost 3-4 to Rotherham (sounds like it must've been some game) and 2-0 to Peterborough. I had thought that Gillingham looked relatively secure in mid-table before. Now, Gillingham are in 16th place, 5 points clear of the relegation zone with 4 games left to play. Do you think Gillingham will be ok this season or could they still go down?

It's touch and go. We were at that 3-4 defeat to Rotherham and the manner in which we gave the goals away was shocking to say the least. I think it's going to be a fight to the last game of the season. We have good and bad patches and it's just our luck to be in a bad patch at the end of the season!

Gillingham finished in 17th place on 53 points, 6 points clear of relegation. Yeovil, Barnsley and Doncaster were relegated from the championship, none of which are that big clubs, so maybe League one will be closer next season and Gillingham could do even better?

Gills 3rd from bottom, in the relegation zone, unless they win tomorrow, I fear for Taylor. I like the guy myself but it is a results driven game...we shall see!

Do you think you could get Tony Pulis in if Taylor goes? Did he manage Gillingham at some time before?

I remember when Peter Taylor was being talked up as a future England manager! Whatever happened to him? Was he just overrated? Maybe he was not as good as his namesake, Brian Clough's assistant manager. They fell out and Clough wasn't as good a manger without him!
