according to Mr Wenger. Well done for stating the obvious. Maybe they just don't believe they can be that good if players of the calibre of Mannone, Santos and Mertesacker are in the team! I actually think our first team is pretty good, it's just that our back ups aren't good enough. It's been the case for several seasons and rather than rectifying the situation, Mr Wenger's decided to let it get worse.

Apparently, Mr Wenger has also upset Walcott, who will now probably leave. I say, give Walcott what he wants. Not in terms of money, but play him up the middle. His finishing seems to have improved of late and Giroud hasn't exactly set the world on fire (although I do think (or hope?!?!) he might improve). It's not like Walcott's the best winger in the world, so we wont be missing too much on the flanks. If it doesn't work out, sell him in January and buy another striker (a class one, who wont need time to adapt, like you should have done in the first place, Mr Wenger).

Overall, I think we may be looking at mid table. Hopefully, the lack of mobney for that will cause Mr Kroenke and Mfr Gazidis to go away. Then Usmanov can come in, sack Mr Wenger and hire a manager who would actually spend money (Guardiola may be available by then.) Unfortunately, this will never happen. Doh!
