That is a pretty waist slip which is a bit fuller in the body than some of the shorter mini slips.

Would like to see that used in either 'Windy Skirts' or UKU sites with a free flowing dress/skirt.

Upskirt maybe if it don't get in the way. But windy maybe a problem as in the past I've had to remove them as they tend to stick to the girl and not fly up with the skirt.
