Members of any of our sites may cancel their membership at any time by using the relevant cancel link on the site/s Join Page.

Logging in Issues
If you are having trouble accessing the members area, It may be that you have gone over the 24 hour data transfer limit of 6gb
per site which is in the terms and conditions (item 12 -
The block expires automatically 24 hours after activation.
- Please note the password system is case sensitive so your id/pw must be entered EXACTLY as you see them. If using copy / paste, please ensure there are no trailing spaces.
- If your log in credentials are entered incorrectly several times, the system may block your IP address. This block will normally clear within 15 minutes but if you find you still get a blocked message beyond that time, please try clearing your cache / cookies / temporary internet folders, restarting your machine and trying your access again.

Video content is offered in 1920 x 1080 HD WMV or in 1280 x 720 MP4 files. Both of these should play on most devices but if you are using a mobile device to view content (iPhone or Android), You may need to view the site with a different browser such as Firefox or Mercury to view the videos. You can download free alternative browser or media player apps suitable to your device from the App or Google stores.
Alternatively, you may be able to download a suitable video playback App.
It is up to members to ensure they have a device that is able to play content in the formats we offer.
We continually review our site content and will periodically remove historical / redundant content from our sites members areas / servers. Almost all of our members only want and access our more recent content.
Further, content which we remove has become dated in respect of both quality and models (a significant proportion of videos were 320 x 580 mpeg videos featuring now retired models hence were of little relevance to the current offer)
Having said that, everything video wise from 2005 is available to the relevant clip stores though of course the content may not be of the same format or quality as to what we currently offer in the members areas
Refunds will only be issued if the username/password issued has not been used to access the site, or in the case of fraudulent use of credit cards. Once the username/password has been used to access the site, no part refunds for unused membership time will be issued. Any refunds will be issued only as credit to the original card used to make the purchase.
