My suggestions / feedback would be:
Keep the HD updates as much as possible (ideally fewer and fewer low quality updates with a move toward providing all clips as HD).
Keep speech in the clips (it does come across as a little scripted at time but it's an important factor and is missing from some clips).
Consider lengthening the clip times if possible? 5 mins is reasonable but 10 mins (or even 20 mins) would be great. Without really knowing, you'd imagine that the main costs / time sinks involved would be actually setting up the shoot and getting things into place so it shouldn't be too much of an issue to just shoot for a few minutes longer. If padding the time is an issue, things like moving around a little fills out the time.
Varying the location of shoots would be a nice addition too (be it different places within the same room or shoots outside).
