Common guys why the torture!

The file extension is a duplicate of Joanna! - where is Kayliegh!!!!

I have continued to drool over the pic file you posted of her sometime ago and have been (truly) waiting patiently to see the vid for ages - what a TOTAL disappointment.

I am also gathering that since you have posted a few days in advance you have taken off to enjoy the 'sun' for a few day - very unprofessional guys I might say, considering you have left this little problem (lol).

Anyway PLEASE fix the glitch as soon as you can!!!

I can understand your frustration I guess but I really feel that we should get things in perspective. :)

Firstly, John & Annabelle have created and given us THE MOST AMAZING SITE (SITES) that I, certainly, have ever found :) :) On a DAILY basis they give such WONDERFUL goodies - sometimes it almost seems to be too much to take in :) :) It is, quite simply - BRILLIANT! and I do really love them for it, "thanks guys!" - and also all those GORGEOUS SEXY girls without whom there would BE no site at all :!:

Secondly, they very rarely make a mistake an when they do they seem to try to correct it as soon as possible. Their customer service has been outstanding. It would appear that they really do appreciate and care about us - their customers :)

I'm sure we can hardly resent them taking a break - I hope it is somewhere hot :glasses1: sunny :happy7: and relaxing :hello1: :) :) - anyhow, I kind of love it when we unexpectedly get a whole weeks worth of stuff all at once :)

I know you must be looking forward to seeing Kayliegh (she is very sweet :) ) -and I am too - but I'm sure it will be sorted as soon as they get back. (Mind you, Joanna is SOOOOO gorgeous she will easily keep me going until we can see Kayliegh again!)

We mustn't forget just how completely incredible this site is (and 'pantyamateur' & 'pantymaniacs') a year ago - as far as I knew anyway - none of this was around :( :( :!: So let's help keep it going :) This year, next year, the year after etc. etc. :) :D

Hope you had a good holiday Annabelle & John - though it will be good to have you guys back :) :)

I am sure John and Annabelle will appreciate your gushing PR efforts when they return from their break, unfortunately though you can't fix the problem.

So let's indeed put things in perspective.

They are running a business here, not offering charity work free of charge to a drooling market. I am therefore paying them to supply me an expected service. This is a highly competitive market with lots of other options so I certainly don't think my expectation of finding a valid product to match that promoted and delivered in a timely manner is out of order, especially when that is the key reason I have just again parted with my hard earned.

Posting a number of days in advance, because they are going on a break, is appreciated but again is being done to ensure they don't loose members, not as some sort of bonus.

So let's indeed get this in perspective.

Mistakes happen, granted, however if I was going away for a week and leaving my business unattended I would want to make absolutely sure that everything was operating effectively before I left.

Enough said.

I fully support these two people who produce this website as it is by far away the best for this subject anywhere on the net and give them time.

And now somehow by me posting to this section and registering a 'Site Issue', paying them for a membership (more than once I might add to all 3 sites) and expecting a product in return I'm not supporting them - PLEASE!

As the BUSINESS owners they deserve honest constructive feedback -which is that the duplication of a file is an honest mistake; however not to pick it up IMHO, ESPECIALLY since they were going away, is unprofessional and not a good look for the marketing of their business.

Please don't come back and tell me the models do it for 'love' as well!
