I only have to look at Tina in that divine slip and I can feel my testosterone building up to dangerously high levels with the hormones coursing through my veins at fever pitch! My doctor tells me that the technical term for it is ' Gross Palpitating Dick Syndrome. I'm no medic so all this technical stuff means nothing to me.
