Nurse Kacie is the only one on duty in the secure ward when the door buzzer goes. In normal circumstances, she would never let a stranger in without going through the correct authentication process but today was different. She had a load of work backed up and the sooner she can get rid of the interruption at the door, the sooner she can get on with it

Ah yes, weapons of opportunity here. She's hog tied in her own pantyhose and gagged with her own bra. Come to think of it, I don't see her panties on the floor anywhere. I'm guessing (make that hoping for most of us here) that those were stuffed into her mouth before the bra was tied on! I don't see her shoes either. No doubt they were confiscated to prevent any chance of escape. This perp wasn't taking any chances! Well done I say.
