The Police Officer had a hunch she knew which building The Mulligan Gang was operating out of. It was 15 Canterbury Street and on passing the commercial property, noticed the door left slightly ajar. It seems the gang had left the door open in their haste and this was an opportune moment for the WPC to get some evidence of their activities
