Smoking in bed is one of the filthiest habits imaginable.

There are of course, even filthier habits that are perpetrated in the bedroom but as these are primarily of a sexual nature, we tend to turn a blind eye as they satisfy our sexual needs and are beneficial to our general social wellbeing.
