I'm not altogether sure that Charlie would be happy to be described as a strange brunette even allowing for the bumps and curves that her pic.2 profile reveals. I am sure that most of her fans cherish her sticky-out bits. There can be no doubt that what you wanted to say was that she was a stranger to the office, rather than a strange looking brunette.
