Default Lily's Journey - part IIIc

Lily is wheeled into the ballroom. Still strapped into the chair, she is lightly sedated. She has been injected with a ultra light tranquilizer just to keep her happy. She needs to be seen by Vivian's clientele. She isn't ready for any action yet, but showcasing new possibilities is one way of getting repeat business. Lily is pushed over to where Lucinda is smoking a cigar. As Celeste turns around and walks away Lucinda moves to the back of the chair and brings her hand holding the cigar right over Lily's mouth. Leaning Lily's head back she pushes the thick rolled tip between her lips. Lily takes one drag and then pulls her head away. Again Lucinda brings Lily's head up with her left hand as her right slides the cigar into Lily's mouth. This time Lily pulls away immediately. Lucinda releases her subject and moves over to a group on the other side of the room. Time to mingle.

Celeste grabs the handles of the wheelchair and rushes Lily out of the room, using a side door to enter an adjacent room with thick padding along the walls. Whatever they do with Lily in here won't disturb the guests next door. Vivian is already pulling up a brownish milky liquid into a syringe. She looks over at Celeste. "Use the ball gag" is all she says. Celeste walks over to the cabinet where she retrieves a rubber ball attached to soft velcro straps. When she returns to the chair Vivian is already slipping the needle into Lily's IV. Lily is protesting, crying, not wanting to be sedated again. What is going to happen now, she doesn't know but it can't be good. Vivian just says "You'll learn to play nice, this will help you remember." Vivian pushes the plunger down fast. Lily feels a thunder in her mind, then nothing but a buzz. The buzz becomes a dull drone, her mind numb from the drug, her face expressionless. Vivian pulls the needle from the IV and walks away, rejoining her guests. Celeste puts the gag in place, checks Lily's eyes to see if she is responsive. All she sees is drool forming in the corner of Lily's mouth. She'll be in this mindless state of agony for the next four hours. She wheels her back into the room and puts her in a corner of the room where she is unlikely to draw much, if any attention.

Lily feels as if a bomb has exploded in her brain. She tries to focus but her head doesn't even want to move. She has no hands, no feet, she doesn't even know if she has a tongue. Her mouth isn't moving. She feels disoriented, trying to focus on what's in front of her, but her headache is immense. "And what do we have here?" someone says, the smoke from their cigar curling up into Lily's nostrils, not helping with the headache. She feels trapped. People moving all around her making her panic. She wants to pass out, but just can't ge tthere. Lucinda picks up Lily's head, takes a deep drag from her cigarette and blows it into Lily's face. "You'll learn, Vivian gets what Vivian wants. Don't make this hard on yourself." She takes another drag and once again fills Lily's nostrils with smoke from her lungs. Then slaps Lily as hard as she'd dare and walks away. Another bomb just exploded in Lily's head. And she is tired, so tired, but she can't fall asleep.

The smells and the noises are driving Lily crazy. Not being able to focus, to hear what the voices are saying, it feels so unreal. She doesn't even realise as one of the guests spills their scotch in her lap, the smell of the drink barely making an impact on the drugged Lily. Mercifully she feels the cold wetness on her face when Celeste straps a mask with a chloroform soaked pad to her. As she is wheeled to her room she thinks of sparkling ballroom lights, the jazzy music, the happy people. When they reach Lily's room, Celeste checks Lily's eyes for any sign of consciousness, but she is deep under and has been for a few minutes now, so Celeste removes the mask, unstraps her patient and puts her to bed. As she straps her in, Vivian comes in to administer a numbing dose of the memory/mind control cocktail. Not only will this ensure Lily sleeps through the night, but it will keep her reminded of the pain when being disobedient. When she finally wakes up she'll be a little more compliant. But Vivian knows that people are very different, some are more stubborn and harder to break than others. Lily is a beauty, and well worth the trouble.
