I am sure John and Annabelle will appreciate your gushing PR efforts when they return from their break, unfortunately though you can't fix the problem.

So let's indeed put things in perspective.

They are running a business here, not offering charity work free of charge to a drooling market. I am therefore paying them to supply me an expected service. This is a highly competitive market with lots of other options so I certainly don't think my expectation of finding a valid product to match that promoted and delivered in a timely manner is out of order, especially when that is the key reason I have just again parted with my hard earned.

Posting a number of days in advance, because they are going on a break, is appreciated but again is being done to ensure they don't loose members, not as some sort of bonus.

So let's indeed get this in perspective.

Mistakes happen, granted, however if I was going away for a week and leaving my business unattended I would want to make absolutely sure that everything was operating effectively before I left.

Enough said.
