And now somehow by me posting to this section and registering a 'Site Issue', paying them for a membership (more than once I might add to all 3 sites) and expecting a product in return I'm not supporting them - PLEASE!

As the BUSINESS owners they deserve honest constructive feedback -which is that the duplication of a file is an honest mistake; however not to pick it up IMHO, ESPECIALLY since they were going away, is unprofessional and not a good look for the marketing of their business.

Please don't come back and tell me the models do it for 'love' as well!
