I know you had problems a month or two back but I wondered if there was any chance of doing the hoover idea ? It's been the thick end of a year since I first asked and various promises were made but nothing ever happened. I know it'll be a bit hard to do - but surely not impossible - or even to have a go and bin it if it's a disaster.
