I somehow managed to forget my username and must have tried to sign in on DIP once too many times and I am now blocked.

Can this be lifted and could someone give me a friendly reminder what my username was?

hi shane in future if you are running windows 7 or better
click on tools page info security and you can view saved passwords for the site
make sure you are on the home page.

John I just tried to access the blog and got an access denied window. Asking me to contact the administrator to be added to a white list. Before i do anything is that a new procedure? Or something dealing with my system? Thanks John.
