It's just that women wearing pleated skirts have this "can't touch this" aura. They are not associated with arousal (or "mature" intend). Which makes them super sexy IMHO.

Well I mean....if we base it purely on good old porn material....one of my 3 favorite DiP video featured 2 Eastern European models, Lucy B and Vanessa M "Lucy has had enough of her flatmate".
That wouldn't of happened if we were not in the EU!
