  The first point I would make here is that it would be extremely difficult, ( more accurately impossible ) for Ivy to tie herself up in the manner indicated in pic.3. If you ask me, this scenario has got John's grubby hands all over it!
Whilst I have every intention of releasing the fair maiden from this embarrassing predicament, I might just savour the occasion for an hour or so and watch her wriggle and writhe around on the rug, ( thoughtfully provided by John to avoid her getting splinters in her nipples ), in her vain attempt to escape.  
When I have finished my tuna and mayo sandwiches together with a nice slice of rich fruit cake, I shall free our beauty from her wretched plight and wallow in the heroism of my actions.
I would just mention in passing that Ivy's breasts look quite magnificent in pic.2.
