I'm very reluctant these days to strip off for anybody. The last time I tried it, the wife ran out of the bedroom screaming blue murder. I find it very difficult to attempt any kind of diet whilst this infernal lockdown persists.

The situation is now so bad that apart from my usual 3 meals a day, I have cut back on all treats and am expected to survive on just 4 bars of chocolate per day, 2 sticky buns and a measly portion of ice cream and profiteroles, all washed down with 2 pints of lager and a packet of crisps. How on earth is a grown man expected to survive with those penalising rations?
