Subscription
Can you cancel my subscription please.
The subscription service doesn't recognise my details and I've tried that multiple times. I've also tried contacting you through the contact link on the site and I get no response. I'd like this done before the end of the month if possible (no rebilling). Thanks. |

Hi so sorry you've not heard back from us regarding this. My admin team have now set you to cancel so you should not receive a re-bill.

Subscription
I am having an identical issue as the member above, epoch (the billing service) has no record of my subscription therefore am I concerned I might be billed again, could you possibly cancel my subscription or at least give me some assistance on this matter.
