A Strange Case: How would you classify this man!?

A straight man who likes to have sex ONLY with women and DO NOT like to have sex with men, but he loves to give blow jobs for men! Actually he is perfect at that, he takes his time and can give a man a blow job better than any other woman. Other characteristics:

- Soft, baby face, hairless body by nature with a petite figure. Very boyish look by nature.
- He does fear from men, you will likely hear his single gasp inhale when meeting a strong athletic built man, and he will never get in encounter with men.

Can he be classified as a gay? A friend told me that if he does not like to have sex with men the n he is not a gay. What better describes him?
