I heard that all special leave for Kent Police over the Christmas holiday had been cancelled in a concerted effort to catch the notorious Kent boob groper.

He's clearly evaded their clutches yet again and the Police are furious that Christmas with their families was ruined by yet another futile effort to detain him. I wouldn't like to be in his shoes when they eventually catch him!
