The notorious two-handed tit groper strikes again. As if the Kent Police haven't got enough to do as it is.
I can tell them that these antisocial activities always happen at just a few minutes before 11am each time. He seems to know that every officer in the Kent force is on their coffee break at this time
It must only be a matter of time before the suspicions of one of is neighbours is aroused and his game will be up.
Perhaps the girls aren't screaming loudly enough!----they could, of course be secretly enjoying it!
