Samantha returns home in her white nurse’s dress and stockings, weary from her shift, when a sharp knock rattles the quiet evening. A delivery man waits with a smile, asking for her ID. She turns to fetch it—then the cloth smothers her lips, sweet and suffocating, dragging her into darkness. When consciousness creeps back, her uniform is gone. Rope lashes her wrists and ankles into a hogtie, a cleave gag biting into her mouth.
