Inside the corporate offices of Fawcett Industries, HR manager Alicia sits across her desk to deliver some difficult news regarding Jen Bailey’s recent application for a promotion. Looking over the paperwork, Alicia regretfully explains that Jen simply isn't quite what the company is looking for at this time. Upon hearing this rejection, Jen is furious; after everything she has sacrificed and accomplished for the company, she sees red, refusing to accept the decision lying down and instantly confronting her manager over the unfair verdict.
The conversation breaks down into physical opposition as initial pushing and shoving erupt between them right beside the office desk. Jen lunges forward, grabbing Alicia by the shoulders and dragging her down onto the carpeted floor as the confrontation escalates into much more. Both women trade blows, pulling hair, and aggressively tearing at each other's professional blouses and skirts.
