I'm getting the exact same message at the moment but earlier this morning it was fine

Edit: Ahh just read about the 5-7 GB daily limit, that will be what has caused the block -I won't be able to download anything now until Friday anyway as Ill be too busy working so will the block have cleared itself automatically by then?

The block clears itself automaticaly after 24 hours but we tend to remove them manualy as we see them.
