That's a pleasant change---Don't see many frilly panties anymore. As a teenager, French knickers used to do their magic for me.

Reminds me of Philip Glenister and Keeley Hawes in " Ashes to Ashes ". Nothing to do with Bowie---it was a popular British T.V. prog of the 70's.
