Nurse Penny came round to see me today as i was feeling a bit queasy. She wanted to try a new procedure whereby in stead of prescribing my usual medication, she just took all her clothes off and see if i perked up as a result.
The effect was revolutionary---i suddenly felt on top of the world. She new instantly that this was a resounding success and giggled uncontrollably when she saw just how much i had perked up judging by the enormous bulge in my pyjama trousers.
