Lily's Journey - Part IIIb

The closing of a door pulls Lily out of her slumber. She slowly starts to awake and when she opens up her eyes she is just in time to see someone bending over her. She feels the weight as hands push her head down into the pillow. She let's out a scream but its partially muffled as a thick wet pad closes over her mouth and nose. Her startled scream forced the air out of her lungs and now she has to breathe. She looks up at Vivian, sees the woman smile and hear her say. "Don't fight, breathe deep, I'm not going to put you to sleep, just want to relax you...." She doesn't hear the rest - her eyes are heavy and the ringing in her ears are overwhelming.

Celeste releases her hold on Lily, and Vivian puts the pad on the table. Lily is not completey under, but she had enough choloroform to stop her from screaming while Celeste injects her with a mild sedative. Vivian lights a cigarette, and slips it between Lily's lips. Her instinct is to pull away, but Vivian just grips her jaws while pushing the filter in deeper. As the sedative takes effect, Lily listen's to her captor's voice, inhaling deeper and deeper as she takes one drag after another from the long cigarette between Vivian's gloved hand. "Might as well let her get used to it. Light me another would you?" she prompts Celeste who has in the meantime lit herself one.

After Vivian is satisfied that Lily has had enough she puts out the stub, reaches over and soaks the pad with a lot more chloroform this time. Celeste comes over having watched Vivian soaking it, takes it from her, places her hand squarely over Lily's face and gently presses down. Lily's eyes open for just a few seconds as she tries to protest, but too weak to put up any resistance. Celeste watches Lily as her eyes start to flutter, the focus disappear, the gasps getting shorter as the drug overcomes her body. Vivian lights a cigarette and walks out the room. She trained Celeste well. Lily would be kept under for quite some time, Celeste would see to that. Time to do some shopping.
