   That's a pleasant change---Don't see many frilly panties anymore. As a teenager, French knickers used to do their magic for me.  Reminds me of Philip Glenister and Keeley Hawes in " Ashes to Ashes ". Nothing to do with Bowie---it was a popular British T.V. prog of the 70's. ( Our answer to Starsky & Hutch!  ) He always called her " FRILLY KNICKERS". Whatever happened to Politically Incorrect Television?? Donald Trump's doing his best to bring it back.
